We’re looking for additional assistance so that we can continue to expand the resources and services we offer to our local church body and to the world. Along with our Sunday services and the behind-the-scene opportunities, we are also looking for those who can serve at various times thought the week. Below are a few of the specific needs, but there are other service opportunities also that require no special skills, just a willingness to learn and serve and a desire to help spread the Gospel.

RSS Feed Development and WordPress Blog Development Positions

Spreading the gospel and sharing the message through our website and through the various audio (podcasts), video and print “feeds” we produce (like the one where you found this announcement).

We need one or more people in each of the following areas:

Audio, video and print feed production – must be fairly computer and web savvy. No experience in multi-media required, we’ll train you. Help us to maintain and expand our distribution of sermon recordings and notes, LIFE classes, radio broadcast and more.

WordPress site development and maintenance – must have some experience using this blogging/CMS platform, version 2.7. We could use a small team to help setup several blogs for this exciting new project in 2009.

Mid-Week Creative Team and Technical Team Positions

We are looking for a few people to help on a regular and ongoing basis in each of the following areas:

Creative Team: Graphic Design, print layout, photo and video creation. From conceptualization of ideas and themes to producing service media, website and print resources. Looking for individuals who can help bring an artistic touch to the media content as well as those with background or skills in creative design.

Administration: Preparation for services, printing schedules, organization and general administrative help to keep the team on track and provide the resources needed for others to serve with excellence.

Technical Team: Equipment and computer maintenance, servicing, installation and changes. Any background in Sound, Lights, Video, Computers or Electronics helpful.

Weekend Service Positions

There is always openings to serve during the weekend services. No previous experience is necessary, we’ll train you and work with you to find a position that is a fit for you.

Camera Operators: We need more adult camera operators during the services. We will train on the basics, requires an every other week or once a month commitment. An artistic eye or previous photo or video experience is helpful but not necessary.

Audio Operators: If you have a good ear, can pick out instruments or voices that are not mixed in well then we can train you on the technical side of mixing audio for our video and webcast audience.

Song Slide Operator: Requires very basic computer skills (can click with a mouse), a musical touch and the ability to worship while paying attention to the platform.

We’re are very busy and have so much more we want to accomplish, we just need the people!
